A one-page assistant onboarding sheet: an RCICE prompt, three example input-to-ideal-output pairs, an acceptance criteria checklist, and a plan-first preamble. Peer-reviewed for clarity, criteria quality, and transferability across tools.

Not a tool course. No workflow building. No paid tools. Rotate across free tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — to keep the thinking tool-agnostic, and capture everything in a living notebook. The shift is the deliverable. The tool is just where you practice it.
