1 -- Underscored (Should Be Higher)
| Initiative | SMT | Dept | Current | Suggested | Delta | Issue | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Invoice-to-PO MatchingAI matching of invoices to PO | Revenue Operations lead | Finance | 7.2 | 9.1-11.2 | +1.9 to +4.0 | G + H too low | Revenue Operations lead: "BEST OPPORTUNITY," "no upstream dependencies." 320 invoices/quarter manual. G=2 overstates effort; H=2 misses Finance lead's ROI proof demand. |
| Ticket Deflection AgentConfluence-based ticket deflection | Legal team lead Adams | Legal | 6.5 | 7.8-9.1 | +1.3 to +2.6 | F too low | Legal team lead's own tracker rates Impact=3, Priority=9 (High). 1,500 tickets/yr is substantial. Proven AI pattern. |
| AI Evals (AESOP)Agent evaluation framework | Mikki Hurt | IS | 8.4 | 10.5-12.6 | +2.1 to +4.2 | F + H too low | Finance lead: "buying a tool is not a win." Evals are how you prove ROI. strategic KPI: "AI Program ROI measured on 2+ projects." This IS the measurement. |
| Hire to RetireCross-functional lifecycle automation | Mikki Hurt | Finance | 8.4 | 9.6-10.8 | +1.2 to +2.4 | H too low | strategic KPI: "50%+ employee lifecycle scenarios automated." This IS that KPI. Tiger Team: Operations champion, team member, team member, Revenue Operations lead, team member. Broadest coalition. |
| Sandbox EnvironmentNon-AI Platform AI hosting platform | Mikki Hurt | IS | 9.6 | 10.2-10.8 | +0.6 to +1.2 | H slightly low | This initiative needs a hosting environment ("NOT a AI Platform use case"). Gates all non-AI Platform initiatives. Force multiplier for platform pillar + 3. |
| Contract Tagging ToolAI-assisted retroactive tagging | Legal team lead Lowenberg | Legal | 6.0 | 7.2 | +1.2 | G too low | Classification task with existing taxonomy in contract management platform. Well-bounded scope. G=2 overstates effort for a labeling task. |
2 -- Overscored (Should Be Lower)
| Initiative | SMT | Dept | Current | Suggested | Delta | Issue | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Separation AgentMulti-jurisdictional separation agreements | team member Castro | Legal | 12.8 | 11.2 | -1.6 | G too high | Multi-jurisdictional (US/EMEA/AU), WoCo requirements, employment law sensitivity. G=4 is generous for this complexity. PRD still in process. |
| Offer Letter GeneratorExempt/non-exempt classification + template | Operations champion Meek | People | 16.2 | 14.4* | -1.8* | Dependency risk | *Only if HRIS/HRIS document system connectors unavailable. Operations champion's endorsement supports the scores if deps clear. compliance audit in progress on leadership's roadmap -- rules may not be codified. |
3 -- Strategic Multiplier (H) Misjudged
| Initiative | SMT | Dept | Current H | Suggested H | Score Impact | Rationale |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vendor Contract AgentVendor-side compliance feedback | Legal team lead Lowenberg | Legal | 2 | 3-4 | 9.6 -> 10.4-11.2 | Customer-side deal agent gets H=7 vs vendor H=2. Gap too wide. Vendor compliance maps to Finance lead's cost discipline and platform pillar. |
| AI Platform Analysis AgentLegal department analytics | Legal team lead Adams | Legal | 2 | 3-4 | 7.2 -> 7.8-9.1 | Legal analytics feeds Finance lead's metrics-driven demand. Legal team lead is operational center of legal. Maps to automation pillar data-driven decisions. |
4 -- Missing From Dashboard
Source
These initiatives emerged from stakeholder conversations but are not yet in the prioritization model.
| Initiative | SMT | Dept | Sug. F | Sug. G | Sug. H | Est. Score | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing EvaluatorReal-time deal compliance + pricing guardrails | Stakeholder | Finance | 5 | 2-3 | 8 | 12.6-14.4 | Priority. "Takes out 30-40% of workload" for commercial alone. Crawl-walk-run defined. Needs sandbox. NOT AI Platform. |
| Contract Review AgentPost-close invoice/contract/recognition reconciliation | Revenue Operations lead | Finance | 4 | 3 | 5 | 10.5 | Priority priority. Every deal >$75K ACV. Not blocked by the billing platform upgrade (contract-based). Separate from deal feedback agent. |
| Purchase Obligations DisclosureQuarterly US GAAP reporting automation | Revenue Operations lead | Finance | 3 | 3 | 2 | 7.2 | Finance ops lead spends 18 hours/quarter. Simple logic, massive manual effort. SF + billing platform + Finance system triangulation. |
| DPA Review Agents (x2)Customer + vendor DPA comparison vs CF template | Legal team lead Adams | Legal | 3 | 3 | 3 | 7.8 each | Legal team lead's tracker: Impact=3, Effort=2, "High volume," "Pattern-based," "High" automation potential. |
| HRBP Coaching AgentPerformance management super-agent for managers | leadership Thompson | People | Needs discovery conversation | Leadership vision: "Review and leverage where AI adds value within PBP team" on FY27 roadmap (not started). Chris flagged 4/3. | |||

6 -- Key Themes
Theme 1
Infrastructure Systematically Underscored
Evals, Sandbox, and Hire-to-Retire all serve as force multipliers but their strategic alignment (H) doesn't reflect this. These enable the entire program. Without Sandbox, CPQ can't be built. Without Evals, nothing is provable to Finance lead.
Theme 2
Pricing Evaluator is the Biggest Miss
Stakeholder mapped it out in detail with a crawl-walk-run path. "30-40% workload reduction" for commercial alone. Scores comparably to Sales Assist Bot (the current #1). Not on the board at all.
Theme 3
Effort (G) Inconsistent with Evidence
Offer Letter Generator scores G=4 despite unconfirmed AI Platform connectors. Invoice-to-PO Matching scores G=2 despite Revenue Operations lead calling it the easiest win with no blockers. Effort scores don't reflect dependency reality.
Theme 4
Legal Department Underrepresented
Legal team lead's DPA review agents and several items from her Legal Agentic Workflows tracker aren't in the main dashboard despite being well-defined, high-volume, and rated "High" in her own scoring.
Theme 5
AI Evals is the Connective Tissue
Its current score (8.4) doesn't reflect that it's the mechanism for answering Finance lead's central question: "How many hours/dollars has AI saved G&A this quarter?" Every deployed agent's value flows through evals.
