Portfolio
See every agent project in one place, prioritize by strategic value, and manage delivery on a board or a table.
Why the portfolio
Individual agent projects are easy to start and hard to coordinate. The Portfolio is the organization-wide view of every project moving through the pipeline — from backlog idea to operationalized agent. It answers the questions a leader actually asks: what are we building, who owns it, what is highest value, and what is stuck. Without it, fragmented parallel experimentation; with it, a coordinated program.

How the strategic score works
The score balances value against cost. ROI and strategic alignment push a project up; effort pushes it down. Because effort, ROI, and alignment are editable inline, re-rating a project immediately re-ranks it — the sort always reflects your latest judgment, not a stale snapshot. Use it to decide sequencing, not as absolute truth: it is a forcing function for the prioritization conversation.

Tip: Org Readiness action items promote straight into the portfolio as backlog projects — so closing an organizational gap is tracked the same way as building an agent.
